Getting finance has always been a challenge for property developers, until now. Katipult allows you to deal direct with investors through the real estate crowdfunding model. By dealing direct with investors, you bypass the banks and put your development projects in the hands of the people who really want to invest in them. You control your projects by spreading the amount of capital you need to raise across a pool of investors. And you set the terms for the length of investment, the minimum amount per investor, and the amount you need to finance your deal.

At Katipult, you only ever invest in a winner. Once you make a contribution to your chosen real estate investment, your funds are transferred to a holding account until the final crowdfunding target is reached. If the project fails to reach its target, your funds are refunded back to you within 14 days. Once the project’s funding target is reached, your funds are transferred to the project issuer, who gets busy developing the project. From here, you are on your way to becoming a successful real estate investor! Once the project is completed and your funds are returned, you can choose another investment project. That way, you’re always funding a live project with return potential and building your wealth!
